Biggs Group is seeking an experienced and results-orientedRegional Managerto join our growing team. The Regional Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial performance and operational goals of an assigned affordable property portfolio. This includes managing the operating budget, ensuring compliance, and leading property managers and maintenance staff. The Regional Manager will play a key role in driving performance improvements, fostering a positive team culture, and ensuring exceptional service delivery to residents.
Key Responsibilities :
- Financial Oversight : Monitor property performance, review income / expense statements, ensure budget goals are met, and assist with capital improvement planning and execution.
- Team Leadership : Provide coaching and development to property managers and maintenance teams, conduct performance reviews, and foster a collaborative, positive work environment.
- Property Operations : Oversee day-to-day operations, including work order completion, property inspections, etc. Ensure timely marketing, leasing, and occupancy goals are met.
- Resident Relations & Compliance : Ensure compliance with lease agreements, handle escalated resident concerns, track vacancies and waitlists, and ensure timely rent postings and lease renewals.
- Reporting & Communication : Provide regular portfolio performance updates to senior management, assist with corporate initiatives, and ensure consistent communication across the team.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Property Management, or a related field (preferred).Minimum of 7 years of experience in affordable property management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.Proven track record of managing budgets, financial performance, and large teams.Strong understanding of property management software, financial reports, and performance metrics.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple properties and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Strong knowledge of property management laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.Ability to travel to various properties as required.Additional Skills and Qualities :
