Quincy, Illinois

Full-Time, Permanent

$200,000 to $275,000+ / yr.

Practice Overview :

A reputable dental practice in Quincy, Illinois, is seeking a dedicated Associate Dentist to join its dynamic team. The practice is renowned for delivering comprehensive dental care and maintaining a strong commitment to patient satisfaction.

  • Payor Mix : PPO / CASH (No Medicaid)
  • Patient Mix : All ages
  • Facilities : 7 operatories, 4 hygienists, 2 full-time assistants
  • Monthly Production : $157,478
  • New Patients : 57+ / month

Position Details :

  • Schedule : Full-Time, 4 to 5 days / wk.
  • New Grads Welcome : Yes
  • Focus Areas : Restorative, endodontics, surgical extractions, bread & butter dentistry

    • Key Responsibilities :

  • Comprehensive Dental Care : Provide a full spectrum of dental services, including examinations, cleanings, fillings, crowns, bridges, and extractions.
  • Endodontic Procedures : Perform molar endodontic treatments, including root canal therapies, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes.
  • Patient Education : Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, treatment plans, and preventive care to promote long-term dental health.
  • Treatment Planning : Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and best practices.
  • Record Keeping : Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including treatment notes and medical histories.
  • Team Collaboration : Work collaboratively with dental assistants, hygienists, and administrative staff to ensure efficient practice operations.

    • Qualifications :

  • Educational Background : Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Licensure : Active dental license in the state of Illinois.
  • Experience : Open to new graduates; 2+ years of clinical experience preferred but not required.
  • Skills : Strong diagnostic abilities, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to patient-centered care.
  • Professionalism : Dedication to continuous professional development and adherence to the highest ethical standards in dentistry.
