Responsibilities - Sales Manager :

Build and lead a high performance sales team to meet sales goals and more.

Hire, train, motivate and supervise a high-performance sales team.

Set sales goals, track progress, and lead the team to achieve them

Coach sales team on improving sales performance and closing deals

Lead regular sales meetings

Promote a strong focus on a high level of customer satisfaction

Foster positive customer relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business

Other duties may be assigned

Requirements :

Auto Sales Manager experience is REQUIRED, CDJR experience preferred

Dynamic leader, team builder, strong closer, high energy, positive and outgoing

Excellent communication, customer service and social media skills

Good computer skills (MS Outlook, CRM)

Professional appearance

Valid driver’s license and good driving record

Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required.
