About the Role :

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Construction Dispatcher who will also take on responsibilities in customer follow-up and project coordination. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys multitasking, and is passionate about delivering excellent service and keeping projects on track.

Dispatching & Scheduling

  • Coordinate daily schedules for field crews and subcontractors.
  • Monitor job progress and adjust schedules as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with field teams to ensure timely execution.

Customer Follow-Up

  • Serve as a point of contact for customers post-installation or service.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through timely follow-ups and issue resolution.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback.

    • Project Coordination

  • Assist in managing project timelines, materials, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and field teams to ensure smooth project flow.
  • Track milestones and proactively identify potential delays or issues.

    • Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in construction dispatching or project coordination preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Customer service mindset with problem-solving abilities
