Position : RN-ER-Emergency Department (Travel / Contract)

We're hiring experienced RN-ER-Emergency Department for a 13-week contract in Bay City, Michigan — earn up to ($1952 - $2055 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality emergency care to patients in the ER.

Participate in ongoing professional development and training programs.

Collaborate with medical staff to ensure effective treatment plans.

Engage in performance evaluations to identify areas for improvement.

Stay updated on the latest emergency care practices and technologies.

Monitor and document patient progress and response to treatments.

Assist in triaging patients based on severity of conditions.

Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding care.

Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

Participate in team meetings to discuss patient care strategies.

Utilize electronic health records to document patient information accurately.

Experience / Qualifications

Current RN license in Michigan with experience in emergency care.

Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Ability to collaborate effectively with medical staff.

Strong communication skills for patient and family interactions.

Familiarity with safety protocols in emergency care settings.

Experience in triaging patients based on severity of conditions.
