How you can help us

We are looking for a driven and innovative colleague to help us achieve our goals. You would be a great asset if you bring the following experience :

  • Analyzing design concepts and existing designs for cost levels and manufacturability
  • Preparing cost breakdowns and performing cost control
  • Identifying and realizing cost optimizations within designs and production processes
  • Applying DFX principles (Design for Manufacturability, Assembly, and Value)
  • Collaborating with designers, purchasers, and suppliers to develop more efficient solutions
  • Reporting insights and recommendations to project teams and stakeholders

What you bring

  • A completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a similar technical field
  • Experience with cost analysis, cost control, and DFX / Design for Value is a plus
  • Affinity with manufacturing processes such as turning, milling, and drilling
  • Strong command of both Dutch and English
  • Experience in the semiconductor industry or knowledge of Lean methodologies is a plus
