What You'll Do :

  • Review and assess contracts, subcontracts, and vendor agreements to identify risks, recommendsolutions
  • Track, report, and support resolution of claims and corporate risks, providing accurate reporting and dashboards for leadership
  • Prepare risk management reports for leadership and recommend risk mitigation strategies
  • Manage subcontractor prequalification, ratings, and insurance compliance, while maintaining strong relationships with insurers, brokers, and financial partners

    • What We're Looking For :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management, Finance, Construction Management, or related field (CRM / ARM certifications a plus)
  • 3+ years’ experience in risk management, insurance compliance, or contract assessment
  • Knowledge of construction operations
