As we expand our services, we re seeking an experienced and passionate Telemedicine Medical Director to lead and oversee our telehealth operations.

Position Summary :

The Telemedicine Medical Director will oversee and manage our telemedicine services, ensuring safe, effective, and compliant delivery of virtual care. This role combines clinical expertise with operational leadership to ensure our patients receive the highest level of care remotely.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide clinical oversight and supervision for all telemedicine services.
• Ensure adherence to medical best practices and regulatory compliance for virtual care delivery.
• Review and approve telemedicine protocols and procedures.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to develop and implement new telehealth services.
• Support and supervise the telemedicine clinical team, including RNs, NPs, and support staff.
• Serve as the primary medical liaison for telemedicine-related questions and issues.
• Monitor patient outcomes and satisfaction, implementing improvements as needed.
• Stay current on telemedicine regulations, trends, and innovations.
• Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement activities.
