Diversified’s Mission Critical Environments (MCE) group brings more than 20 years of experience designing visual display solutions to meet the needs of the mission-critical community. We bring a foundationally solid portfolio of knowledge supported by real-world experience to each project.

Command centers, network operations centers, 911 facilities, and process control centers all share three common requirements : 1) enhance situational awareness, 2) decrease response times to critical events, and 3) mitigate or limit the loss of property, life, and investment. MCE is an established leader in the design and implementation of these mission critical solutions.

What You’ll Do

The Senior Project Manager is the single point of responsibility and accountability for his / her assigned projects starting with the Project Turnover Meeting and ending with a successful COC, Customer Survey and hand-off to the Service Department. Diversified’s expectations of each manager are systems professionally installed, on time and under budget, resulting in long-term service maintenance relationships. The Senior Project Manager must coordinate all resources required for each project including both people and material to enable a satisfactory completion of each project.

Responsibilities

• Single point-of-contact for each of his / her projects.
• Provide daily project status updates to folder on company server.
• Provide weekly customer project updates.
• Mobilize the necessary resources to meet each job’s requirements.
• Manage Diversified’s performance in delivering contracted work.
• Develop and maintain the necessary relationships for each project (client reps, contractor reps, Diversified managers, engineers and installers).
• Maintain ongoing, fully-documented communications among owners, contractor reps, consultants, other trades, Diversified installation teams and management.
• Anticipate barriers, and develop structures to resolve unforeseen problems.
• Oversee the financial performance of each project from a labor perspective.
• Coordinate project documentation and conduct system training.
• Ensure timely, successful conclusion of all projects.
• Provide management with instant notifications of potentially critical situations.
• Participate in testing and quality assurance processes to ensure the system meets client needs and corporate standards.
• Oversee security, transportation and delivery of all equipment and hardware with client signature.
• Ensure hardware requisition / returns sheets are generated.
• Provide accurate information regarding installer performance to management.
• Review timesheets for assigned team members.
• Enforce company approved installation methods and techniques.
• Ensure all work complies with company policies, procedures, standards and conventions.
• Assure each system’s build aligns with installation drawings and deliver as-builts to the Design Engineer.
• Coordinate travel arrangements for installers from other regions as needed.
• Ensure all project participants maintain proper safety practices.
• Provide detailed direction and supervision of Installers for assigned projects.
• Handle other duties relative to the job as assigned by management.
• Ensure and achieve the highest level of customer service for each project.
• Obtain a customer satisfaction survey after closure of job.
• Manage sub-contract work according to company policy.
• Maintain a strong IT / Network background in coordinating the deployment of new systems and upgrades.

Our compensation ranges reflect the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The pay details below range from our lowest geographic market up to our highest geographic market.
