Position Details :

Position Type : Full Time

Job Location : Towanda, PA

Compensation : $17.50 / per hour

Benefits : Paid time off, paid holidays and health benefits : Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K and Life Insurance

Schedule : 7 : 00am - 3 : 30pm Monday - Friday

Essential Duties / Responsibilities :

• Perform all elements of running a slitter
• Transport wide stock that weigh 1000lbs on beam racks
• Cleaning the slitter and threading up
• Setting clutches and positioning knives
• Unloading finished product rolls that weigh from 8-50 lbs.
• Inspect film for defects
• Slit rolls are placed onto buggies
• Buggies are pushed / pulled to packaging area
• Performing all elements of packaging
• Consistently lifting finished product rolls weighing 8 – 50 lbs.
• Wrapping slit rolls in a polyethylene sheeting or sleeves
• Placing 1 to 4 rolls into a case
• Palletizing cases up to 5 high
• Transporting these pallets into the shipping area using a pallet jack
