The Senior Accountant plays a key role in overseeing the company’s day-to-day financial operations. This position leads the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams, manages cash flow, ensures accurate financial reporting, and partners closely with the Controller / CFO to support month-end close, commission tracking and external audits.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support the AP / AR teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, collections, and cash applications.
• Manage daily cash flow, reconciliations, deposits, and disbursements.
• Oversee the maintenance and reconciliation of the general ledger.
• Monitor and reconcile commissions payable, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close, including journal entries, accruals, and reporting.
• Coordinate third-party financial audits, ensuring accurate documentation and timely responses.
• Develop and implement process improvements to strengthen internal controls and drive efficiency.
• Provide accurate financial data to support business decisions and operational needs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and applicable regulations.
