Class A drivers with at least 3 months verifiable Class A experience in the last three years (can not include time with trainer, driving school or Class B-does include OTR, Regional and Local Class A) run dedicated and home for part of the weekend (drivers are home Fri / Sat or Sat / Sun or Sun / Mon-they may not request a certain set of days). Your average starting pay per week is $1850-$2100-that comes out to $91-$109K / Yr AND you are home every weekend, you can have a rider or a dog, and your benefits start after 30 days.

If being honest, the only part about the job that one might complain about is that it is touch delivery. The driver is required to put the boxes on the conveyor belt that goes into the store. That is it, you don’t do inventory, you don’t go into the store – nothing.

Position Highlights :

  • Weekly Pay : $1,850–$2,010+ based on miles and unloads
  • Mileage Pay : $0.80–$0.86 CPM (based on experience)
  • Unload Pay : $325 per trailer (average of 3 unloads / week)
  • Home Time : Home every weekend (at least one full day)
  • Routes : IL, IN, OH, MI – 500-mile radius from home
  • Trucks : Assigned take-home equipment

Job Details :

  • Deliveries made to retail stores using a conveyor system – no entering stores or merchandising
  • Store employees handle product intake; drivers only place boxes on conveyor belt
  • Paid training at $150 / day (3–6 days average)

    • Requirements :

  • Experience : Minimum 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience (local, regional, or OTR)

    • o Note : Experience as a yard jockey, time with a trainer, driving school, or Class B does not count

  • Drug Testing : No failed or refused DOT drug test ever in your career
  • Safety Record :

    • o No terminations for safety-related reasons within the past 6 months

    o Max 1 preventable DOT accident in the past 3 years

    o No more than 3 total accidents / incidents in the last 3 years

  • Driving Record :

    • o No major moving violations in the last 12 months

    o Max 3 moving violations in the last 3 years

  • Job History :

    • o No more than 4 jobs in the past year

    o No more than 6 jobs in 2 years, or 8 in 3 years
