A company is looking for a Technical Enablement Manager to lead the strategy and execution of technical enablement programs for Sales Engineers and Technical Account Managers.
Key Responsibilities
Strategize with leaders across various teams to identify and prioritize technical enablement workstreams
Lead cross-functional projects and deliver end-to-end programs for onboarding, certifications, and advanced technical trainings
Integrate technical enablement with Sales Acceleration initiatives and maintain technical resources for product releases
Required Qualifications
3-5+ years of experience in designing and delivering technical enablement programs
Experience in the cybersecurity industry with familiarity in malware and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Proven ability to create and scale certification programs or structured technical readiness pathways
Strong technical fluency in cybersecurity and SaaS infrastructure
Experience using Salesforce and sales engagement tools
