As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will play an important role in supporting our day-to-day financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in invoices and payments, and maintaining healthy cash flows that support our dynamic operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the accounts receivable, excel proficiency, exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, understanding of the importance of financial processes and procedures, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment. This will be a part-time role between 20-25 hours each week. In office from 9am-1pm Monday through Friday.

In This Role You Will :

• Ensure accurate and timely recording of customer invoices, payments and collections
• Monitor and track outstanding customer balances and ensure payments are accurately applied
• Follow up on overdue payments and send payment reminders to customers
• Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status, aging, and collections
• Conduct analysis of accounts receivable data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Maintain accurate transaction logs
• Follow cash management procedures and comply with relevant regulations
• Assist with month-end closing procedures
• Assist with ad hoc projects as assigned
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline financial operations and enhance efficiency
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Benefits & Compensation :

This part-time position has an hourly rate of $24.
