Diligently follow up with leads to enhance deal closure rates. Cultivate robust client relationships to foster trust and boost referrals. Engage with buyers and sellers to understand their objectives and showcase properties that align with their needs. Host open houses to effectively market listings. Oversee transactions from listing to closing, ensuring a seamless process. Identify new leads to expand business opportunities. Possess a comprehensive understanding of the market to provide informed insights on properties and trends. A proven track record of closing at least 5 real estate deals within the past year. Office located in University Place, WA. Attendance at in-person training / events in the office is required. While sales experience is advantageous, it is not mandatory. Proficiency with technology is essential. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are crucial. Strong organizational and time management abilities are required. An active Real Estate License is a must.
