Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Read cabinet layouts and measure for add-ons, replacements, and accessories.
  • Install, adjust, and repair cabinetry—including trim, moldings, and finishes.
  • Walk and grade homes weekly, creating accurate work orders to close jobs.
  • Communicate clearly with builders and internal teams on work status and timelines.
  • Train new technicians and guide apprentices to become field-ready.

Qualifications & Required Skills

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 2–5 years of cabinet installation or service experience.
  • Clean driving record, completed background and drug screen.
  • Strong knowledge of cabinetry construction and installation.
  • Skilled at reading blueprints, measuring accurately, and making fine adjustments.
  • Clear communicator with a "do it right the first time" mindset.
