Responsibilities

  • Cash Wrap : Greet customers, interact genuinely, read cues, conduct email / name capture where permitted by law, maintain POS accuracy, keep the cash wrap organized and clean, suggest add-ons and gift cards, maintain cash and POS media per policy, and create lasting impressions to encourage return visits.
  • Stockroom / Warehouse : Receive shipments and transfers, notify management of arrivals, scan cartons / transfers and verify information, communicate discrepancies, process shipments per standards and timeframes, organize stockroom (including offsite / remote warehouses as applicable), manage stock levels and ownership, conduct regular cycle counts, participate in inventories, and maintain Loss Prevention standards.
  • Sales Floor : Analyze replenishment needs, replenish assigned zones, respond to sell-through, execute visual merchandising needs, support floor activities, communicate price points / features / stock availability to customers, respond to requests, and maintain housekeeping standards.

    Compensation and Benefits

    BASE PAY RANGE $15.00 TO $17.25 Hourly
