Responsibilities

Reporting to the CFO, the System Director is responsible providing operational oversight and strategic direction to the system-wide revenue cycle functions. The System Director will work with stakeholders across the organization to maximize both profitability and productivity and ensure best practices while fully complying with all regulatory and third-party payer reimbursement requirements. The System Director manages, coordinates, and oversees revenue management activities, including revenue integrity, billing, insurance follow-up, clinical denials, cash applications, self-pay collections, and customer service. Manages a total team of approximately 90 - 100 co-workers, up to five vendors, and six manager-level direct reports. The System Director will perform duties as assigned and in accordance with the Hospital mission, values, and behavioral standards. Key knowledge and skills include :
