As an Emergency Medicine Physician, you will join a fully integrated healthcare system that includes two hospitals and various outpatient facilities. The position offers a sign-on bonus, 24 / 7 hospitalist coverage, and specialized units such as a Neuro ICU and pediatric services. Ideal candidates are residents ready for 2025 starts, with a competitive compensation in a supportive environment near Rehoboth Beach.

• Become a full-time hospital employee with this fully integrated health care system consisting of two hospitals and a free standing ED plus numerous ambulatory and outpatient offices

• Sign-on bonus of $40K
• Both hospitals are certified Primary Stroke Centers
• There is 24 / 7 hospitalist coverage as well as intensivists in the ICUs
• NICU and a robust MFM program with OB hospitalists that see all ED related ob / gyn cases
• ICU, a Neuro ICU and general ICU, inpatient pediatrics are covered by Pediatric Hospitalists
• Fourteen-bed observation unit run by ED APPs with private attendings rounding
• New EM residency just started in 2023
