job_description.job_card.job_descriptionCoordinate with architects, designers, and clients to ensure seamless project execution Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and scopes Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and in-house trades Conduct regular site walks, track progress, and maintain quality control Lead project meetings, manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders Ensure compliance with DOB, NYC code, and safety regulations Deliver an elevated level of service and communication tailored to High-net-worth clients 5-10+ years of experience as a Project Manager in high-end residential construction Proven ability to manage luxury gut renovations in occupied or sensitive environments Familiarity with NYC DOB, permitting, and site logistics for urban jobsites Strong understanding of architectural details, finishes, and custom millwork Exceptional communication, organization, and leadership skills Experience working with architects, interior designers, and VIP clients Proficiency in construction management software (Procore, MS Project, etc.) OSHA 30 required; NYC Site Safety certifications a plus Competitive salary in the range of $130,000 to $160,00 depending on experience.
