Position Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and optimization of provider-facing digital products. This role is responsible for creating seamless, personalized, and impactful experiences for providers-ultimately improving health outcomes and strengthening relationships with providers, members, and communities.

This position will oversee key product initiatives within our provider operations portfolio, ensuring solutions align with market needs, organizational goals, and evolving industry standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle for provider-facing digital capabilities, from strategy and planning to execution and optimization.
• Define and manage product roadmaps and priorities based on market research, customer needs, and business goals.
• Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, operations, and business teams to define requirements and ensure successful delivery of enhancements and new features.
• Engage directly with providers, internal stakeholders, and external partners to gather insights and validate product concepts.
• Develop business cases, define KPIs, and track product performance using data-driven decision-making and A / B testing.
• Drive agile execution, including participation in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and scrum ceremonies.
• Support release planning, business-level verification, and market testing of new product features.
• Communicate product vision, benefits, and value propositions clearly to internal teams and executive leadership.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing feedback and evolving the provider experience through personalization and journey orchestration.
