Pay Rate : $21.50 / Hour

Job Schedule :

DayTimeSat 06 : 00 AM - 02 : 30 PM

Sun 06 : 00 AM - 02 : 30 PM

What You’ll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education

Receive site‑specific training and guidance from experienced teams

Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service

Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

Assist with access control procedures at a technology and media location, verifying credentials and managing entry points for employees, visitors, and contractors.

Carry out security‑related protocols and site‑specific policies in alignment with Allied Universal standards.

Help to deter unauthorized access and / or suspicious activity by maintaining a strong presence at assigned access points.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following established emergency response activities.

Provide customer service to all individuals on site, addressing inquiries and offering support as appropriate.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and maintain awareness of the environment.

Document and report security‑related incidents, observations, and activities according to company and client procedures.

What We’re Looking For :

Availability across various days and shifts

Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments

A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company

Interest in transitioning into full‑time roles when available

Minimum Requirements :

A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.

At least one year of security‑related experience is required.

CPR and first aid certification is preferred.

Experience working in environments with limited on‑site facilities such as portable toilets or rustic guard shacks is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
