Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Attorney to join our legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for representing clients in litigation and workers' compensation cases, ensuring their rights and interests are protected. This role involves working closely with clients and providing expert legal advice while managing a diverse workload.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in litigation and workers' compensation cases
• Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies
• Prepare for and attend trials, hearings, and depositions
• Advise clients on their legal rights and obligations
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
• Manage case files and maintain accurate documentation
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
