Grace Management Services is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) with an Associate's Degree in Occupational Therapy and successful completion of the National Certification for OTA. The role involves providing occupational therapy services under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, conducting resident screenings, assisting in evaluations, and implementing treatment plans. Key responsibilities include :

• Conducting individual and group treatments.
• Monitoring resident responses and modifying treatment as needed.
• Training residents and staff on adaptive devices.
• Maintaining documentation and adhering to safety standards.
• Participating in ongoing education and quality assurance programs.
