Residential HVAC Service Technician – Tom Drexler Plumbing, Air & Electric

Location : Frankfort KY 40601

Work Type : Full-Time

Schedule : Flexible Schedule, Weekend availability

Compensation : $80,000 - $150,000 (Hourly + Weekly Truck Revenue & Item Spiff incentives)

Reports To : HVAC Branch Manager

What We Are Looking For :

• KY HVAC License
• Minimum 2 years of residential or light commercial HVAC Service experience
• Strong diagnostic skills and mechanical aptitude
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent (technical school a plus)
