• What You'll Do :

Be the first point of contact for customers after their licensed loan officer discussion

Answer high-volume inbound calls and texts with professionalism and empathy

Perform data entry and validation to keep things running smoothly

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and move loans forward

Respond to emails, chats, and calls from customers and authorized third parties

• Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00 / hr.
