Operations Analyst

A company is looking for an Operations Analyst (Hybrid - Philadelphia).

Key Responsibilities

Review and validate data for new participant enrollments and transactions in the Record Keeping System

Index initial forms received and manage follow-up correspondence for missing information

Organize and track multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of experience, education, and / or training

Ability to work independently and manage tight schedules

Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Strong attention to detail required
