Overview

We are seeking a PeopleSoft Techno-Functional Developer with strong experience in Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) to support a long-term engagement with a major client in New York. The successful candidate will join our Enterprise Engineering team to lead design, development, and maintenance of critical financial applications.

Must-Have Expertise

Modules :

Accounts Receivable (AR)

General Ledger (GL)

Project Costing & Billing

Additional FSCM modules (e.g., AP, AM, BI)

Technical Stack :

PeopleTools 8.5x+ (PeopleCode, App Engine, CI, SQR, Integration Broker)

Oracle SQL & PL / SQL

BI Publisher

Key Responsibilities

Develop, customize, and support PeopleSoft FSCM modules including AP, AR, GL, AM, PC, and BI.

Design and build solutions using PeopleCode, App Engine, Component Interfaces, Integration Broker, and SQR.

Lead full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) activities : analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and documentation.

Perform impact analysis and retrofitting for upgrades and patches.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across environments.

Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.

Manage data conversions, integrations, and interfaces with external systems.

Ensure development aligns with SOX compliance and internal coding standards.

Prepare technical documentation and end-user training materials.

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in PeopleSoft Technical Development (minimum 7 years in FSCM).

Strong functional knowledge of core financial modules (GL, AP, AR, AM, PC, BI).

Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft upgrades, patching, and retrofitting.

Expertise in SQL, PL / SQL, and performance tuning.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Fluid UI, WorkCenters, and Pivot Grids.

Familiarity with PeopleSoft Test Framework (PTF).

Integration experience using REST / SOAP APIs.

Exposure to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) or other cloud platforms.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
