CareConnect seeks an optimistic, high energy, experienced sales executive with a proven track record of successful selling in the Home Healthcare and or SaaS healthcare space to join our team! You are a good fit for this role if you have a “hunter” mentality and the ability to operate with the level of urgency required to rocket-launch a new territory. You will be responsible to drive company revenue.
Responsibilities : First 90 days
- Complete the CareConnect Onboarding process with flying colors.
- Master the CareConnect presentation, including our unique value proposition, competitive positioning statements and objection handling playbook.
- Diligently mine your professional network, setting an acceptable number of appointments and demonstrations weekly.
- Establish a vigorous sales activity level building a sales pipeline that is 4x your quarterly quota, demonstrating your ability to meet and exceed your annual revenue goal.
Sales Pipeline
Present and sell company technology platform solutions to new and existing customers.Prospect and contact potential customers.Collaborate with the VP of Sales to develop and deploy a strategic regional sales plan resulting in continued company platform and client growth.Create communication and sales material to present to customers where applicable.Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline.Consistently progress your opportunities through the sale funnel in a timely manner.Regularly report personal sales data, analyze sales data, and forecast future pipeline sales in company CRM.Customer Success
Maintain relationships with existing customers during and after the implementation process for a smooth launch and transition.Qualifications :
Must be a proactive sales hunter and self-starter with experience in the home healthcare and or SaaS healthcare verticals.Five to seven yearshome healthcare and or SaaS sales and marketing experience required.Must have a referral base and network following of your own.General knowledge of the post-acute, skilled nursing, assisted living, federal, state, and local laws and regulatory guidelines governing the operations of home healthcare agencies a plus.Experience with CRM and time management tools to execute agreed upon sales activity and manage a full pipeline.Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications or licensed professional with extensive related field experience.Solid history of meeting sales goals, motivation for sales and territory management.Strong presentation skills, performance management, results driven, sales planning and managing to profitability.The ability and willingness to travel 30-50% of the time post Covid-19.Location : Remote, lives in Southeast or Midwest
