Position Overview

Are you passionate about helping individuals with developmental disabilities achieve independence and success?

As aProgram Aide at The WOW Center, youll support individuals as they participate in educational and vocational programs helping them build confidence, develop job skills, and thrive in community settings.

Youll work closely with the Lead Instructors to create an engaging, safe, and inclusive environment where participants can grow both personally and professionally.

Desired Qualifications

• Education : High school diploma or higher (required).
• Experience : Prior experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Skills :

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
