Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and manage charter school construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in educational facility construction, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering projects that meet our high standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership : Lead and manage charter school and commercial construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Client Collaboration : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, including school administrators and boards, to understand their needs and ensure their expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
• Team Coordination : Coordinate and supervise project teams, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal staff, to ensure seamless collaboration and efficient project execution.
• Budget and Schedule Management : Develop and manage project budgets and schedules, monitor progress, and implement corrective actions as needed to address any deviations.
• Quality Assurance : Ensure all construction activities comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and Hubrich Contracting's quality standards.
• Documentation and Reporting : Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, RFIs, and daily logs. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and issues.
• Problem Solving : Proactively identify potential issues and implement effective solutions to mitigate risks and keep projects on track.
