We are currently seeking a dynamic, highly organized, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join our fast-paced Sales department. This position is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional with a strong background in administrative support within the sales industry. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with exceptional social media and Excel skills who thrives in a high-energy, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities :

As an Executive Assistant, you will be expected to :

1. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.

2. Assist in the preparation and distribution of sales reports, presentations, and other essential documents using Excel.

3. Utilize social media platforms to monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.

4. Maintain a well-organized filing system for easy access to critical documents and information.

5. Coordinate and manage special projects as assigned, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.

6. Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

7. Assist in planning and organizing sales events, including trade shows, product launches, and customer appreciation events.

8. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all social media platforms and marketing materials.

Qualifications :

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following :

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative role within the sales industry, preferably as an Executive Assistant.

2. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for creating reports, presentations, and data analysis.

3. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

4. Strong social media skills, with experience in using various platforms for business purposes.

5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.

6. High degree of professionalism and discretion, with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.

7. Proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

8. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
