Location : Warren, OH

Salary : $68,000.00 USD Annually - $84,000.00 USD Annually

Description

QUALITY ENGINEER

(Must have previous experience in quality in a machine shop or fabrication environment)

Responsibilities

• Monitor processes and products to ensure adherence to internal standards and customer specifications.
• Identify quality problems, conduct thorough root cause analysis, and recommend effective solutions.
• Develop, write, and implement quality management system documentation.
• Assist in training new and existing employees on standard processes and procedures related to quality.
• Perform internal process audits to assess the effectiveness of the quality management system.
• Contribute to Continuous Improvement Projects, collaborating with key stakeholders to enhance processes.
• Conduct audits for new and existing vendors and manage the Approved Vendor List.
• Analyze quality data, identify trends, and implement solutions to resolve quality issues.
• Ensure all contractual requirements for customer projects are clearly defined, followed through production, and completed prior to shipment.
