Employment type : Full-Time

We are seeking candidates for a 3rd shift supervisor for a plastics company in the area

Job Responsibilities :

Supervise 6-12 employees on shift

Be able to correctly operate and train new employees on machines

Check production numbers and hold employees accountable for hitting personal numbers

Maintenance and fix machines when necessary

Job Requirements :

Previous experience working with plastics and / or presses is a huge plus

Must have previous lead or supervisory experience

Must be mechanically inclined

Pay Rate : $21-$25+ (Depending on Experience)

Days / Hours : Monday through Friday work schedule : 3rd shift with approximately 5 hours or so in OT also.
