- The Director of Sales – West will drive sales performance, expand distribution, and deepen retailer and distributor relationships across all markets from the Mountain Time Zone to Hawaii.
- This leader will design and execute growth strategies across grocery, natural, conventional, specialty retail, and on-premise channels—representing one of the most exciting brands in the industry.
- Lead and manage sales across your region to achieve volume, revenue, and distribution goals.
- Build and execute retail and on-premise growth strategies across multiple channels.
- Strengthen relationships with distributors and key chain accounts to drive execution.
- Partner with Marketing and Operations to bring trade programs, activations, and events to life.
- Monitor budgets, forecasting, and promotional spend to maximize ROI.
- Represent De Soi at trade shows, events, and key industry gatherings.
- Develop and manage regional team members and broker networks as we scale.
- Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of beverage sales leadership (non-alc, functional, or CPG strongly preferred).
- Proven success scaling an emerging brand through distribution and velocity growth.
- Strong distributor and retail relationships across the Western U.S.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strategic and hands-on execution ability.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel 40–50% of the time.
