Payroll Manager – International Automotive Supplier
Overview
A leading international automotive supplier is seeking a hands-on Payroll Manager with strong SAP expertise to oversee U.S. payroll operations. This is a highly visible role requiring both technical payroll execution and leadership, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and outstanding service to our employees and plant HR partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle payroll processing for all U.S. employees.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
- Partner with Plant HR to maintain accurate employee payroll data.
- Prepare and deliver payroll reports for leadership.
- Respond to payroll inquiries from employees and plant HR promptly and professionally.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Coordinate with Finance to ensure proper accounting of payroll expenses.
- Monitor legislative changes and update payroll practices accordingly.
