Science-Engineer Program Manager 4

HukariAscendent is seeking an experienced Science-Engineer Program Manager 4 to support critical plutonium mission consolidated support operations. This role involves providing strategic vision and tactical planning for a portfolio overseeing approximately $400M of scope executed by multiple organizations. The ideal candidate will have expert-level program management skills and the ability to work across organizational boundaries to ensure consistent, efficient, and standardized operations.

Required Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in a science or engineering related field from an accredited institution and 12 years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and technical experience directly related to the occupation.
• Expert-level knowledge of program and project management methodologies, including development of project plans, work breakdown structures (WBS), and work packages.
• Proven experience in managing scope, schedule, budget, and performance baselines, along with documentation of baseline reports and change control activities.
• Demonstrated expertise in risk management, including identifying portfolio risks, developing mitigation strategies, and monitoring progress of mitigation plans.
• Strong ability to develop and maintain strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience facilitating program status reviews and engaging leadership to report on progress and drive accountability.
• Experience mentoring junior staff on program planning, performance tracking, and execution of deliverables.
• Ability to apply strategic, cross-disciplinary insight to contribute to comprehensive, integrated annual planning.
