Will this traveler need to float within scope to meet facility needs / float between like units / sister facilities? No Required / Preferred Years of experience REQ : 1 year of acute dialysis experience First-timers accepted : (Y / N) : Yes License REQ : SC license or Compact license must be in hand prior to start Certs REQ : BLS Certs Pref : ACLS Trauma Level REQ : N / A Equipment Experience Pref : Fresenius 2008T, Mobile Reverse Osmosis Machines Miscellaneous Open to accommodating block schedule? (Y / N) : Approval can be requested prior to assignment, but not guaranteed. Local Radius : 60 miles Locals Accepted : (Y / N) : Yes, at 10% less than the posted bill rate RTO Restrictions for Client Offers : All RTO must be included at time of submission. Approval will be based on facility needs Guaranteed Hours : Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks.
