Food Hall Manager

About the Role :

Piqua Center is looking for a high-energy, people-focused Food Hall Manager to help bring fun, organization, and great vibes to our space. From managing events to keeping things running smoothly day-to-day, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests have an outstanding experience.

This is a hands-on, dynamic position ideal for someone who loves being part of a fast-paced environment and is passionate about hospitality, entertainment, and community engagement.

What You’ll Do :

• Create and manage events in collaboration with the Piqua Center General Manager (both food hall and tenant-specific).
• Handle customer interactions and resolve disputes with professionalism and care.
• Monitor tenant operations to ensure timely opening and closing.
• Assist with arcade counter operations and support staff supervision.
• Manage music on the speakers and coordinate live entertainment bookings.
• Turn on TVs and help set up the space for daily operations.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming environment—assist with light cleaning and trash pickup as needed.
• Support decorating and seasonal theming to enhance guest experience.
• Help create the overall “vibe” of the space : fun, upbeat, and community-driven.
• Assist the Piqua Center team with general support tasks as needed.
