Chief Systems Analyst- Cyber Security

Under general direction, is responsible for major sections of systems development, analysis and definition, systems and program specifications, and documentation of programs and systems. Designs, develops, implements and maintains application software which supports complex business applications. Participates in the design of new computer systems, modification of existing systems, feasibility studies, analysis of business issues. Works with Technical Services (DBAs, Networking, Hardware Support), customers, and user groups. Defines system support needs and develops system requirements. Participates in the design and architecture of complex systems with database application and web components. Prepares training manuals related to information systems. Supervises staff analyst. Performs other job-related duties as required.

Qualifications

A High School Diploma or GED is required. A Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physical Sciences, Engineering or closely related field from an accredited four year college or university is required. Five years of full time paid experience in information processing, at least three of which must include systems analysis in addition to programming, is required. Must have knowledge of information processing including systems analysis and programming techniques. Certification in Novell and NT is preferred. In addition, one year of supervisory experience is required. (Substitution : Two years of experience may be substituted for each year of college education lacking. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. A valid State of Ohio Driver\'s License is required.

WATER (CONTROL SYSTEMS) - A High School Diploma or GED is required. An Associate\'s Degree in Computer Science or closely related field or a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited college, university, or vocational school is required. Three years of relevant full time paid experience in the design / set-up, configuration, and maintenance of process computer control systems is required. (Substitution : One year of related experience may substitute for each year of college education lacking.) A valid State of Ohio Driver\'s License is required. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Programming experience in Bailey, HSQ, iFix, or Allen Bradley PLC experience is preferred. Instrumentation Society of Automation (ISA) certification is preferred.

Preferred Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in Information Security and IT Risk Management, with strong understanding of security and authentication protocols.
• Current Advanced IT Security Certifications (Palo and Microsoft)
• Strong working knowledge with the following technologies : Microsoft Security Suite (Sentinel, Entra, Purview, Intune, Defender Threat Intelligence), Palo Alto Security Suite, CyberArk
