Client Overview : Our client, a creative and design agency, is seeking a Project Manager to join their team.

Location Preference : A CST or MST time zone is preferred for better collaboration with our teams and clients.

Role Overview :

As a Project Manager, you’ll lead the day-to-day relationships and projects from our client accounts. Responsibilities include account retention, project team oversight, project scoping, proposals, and project management. We’re looking for a client-savvy Project Manager who can lead high-quality creative projects while building strong, long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate is highly organized, agile in estimating and planning, resourceful with budgets, and confident leading conversations that drive clarity and results.

Project Manager Responsibilities

• Discuss upcoming projects with clients : build budgets / timelines, discuss creative expectations, educate on process, and help get them started where needed.
• Review incoming projects to ensure the brief and scope are clear for design success and budget adherence.
• Work with Design Directors on creative scoping and direction as needed.
• Manage allocation of projects across the design team to meet deadlines, budgets, and quality goals.
• Support designers to deliver great, on-brand designs that meet brief requirements.
• Review projects before delivery to ensure they meet the brief, follow branding guidelines, and are free from QC errors.
• Proactively communicate with clients and direct the team to resolve projects that encounter issues.
• Create an impressive client experience that encourages sharing and referrals.
• Secure projects by obtaining PO / SOWs as needed.
• Monitor utilization to ensure profitable project delivery.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication.
• Lead regular meetings to align on project needs within retainer budgets.
• Support membership client retention and growth by identifying opportunities and addressing issues.
• Develop strategies with clients to maximize impact from design and increase visibility of pipeline.
