We’re looking for driven, coachable individuals eager to begin a professional career in financial services. No prior experience in insurance or finance is required, just a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.

This structured role offers a clear pathway to becoming a full-service financial advisor. You’ll start by building expertise in life insurance, then expand into financial planning and investment solutions as you grow.

You’ll benefit from comprehensive training, one-on-one mentorship, and access to industry-leading tools designed to support long-term success. If you're passionate about helping others and committed to building a meaningful career, this opportunity provides a solid foundation and room to advance.

Please note : This position requires occasional in-office presence. Candidates must be based in or near Fort Worth, TX.

Compensation :

$50,000 – $90,000+ Performance-based

  • Get step-by-step training in prospecting, client communication, and closing
