SouthSota One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Lead Installer to join our top-tier team! If you take pride in your craftsmanship, value customer satisfaction, and want to work in a supportive, fast-paced environment we want to meet you.
What You'll Do :
- Lead the installation of residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, air exchangers, boilers, and more
- Ensure all installs meet code, safety, and quality standards
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members
- Train and guide install apprentices as needed
- Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites
