From concept through construction, our designers collaborate to bring healthcare and senior living environments to life — places that make a lasting impact on communities.

What You'll Do

Depending on your level of experience, you'll :

Design & Document – Create conceptual, schematic, design development, and construction documents using Revit (BIM).

Collaborate – Work with Project Designers and Project Architects to ensure plans, schedules, and details meet design standards, codes, and project goals.

Problem-Solve – Investigate design challenges, evaluate solutions, and recommend approaches that balance creativity, constructability, and compliance.

Mentor & Lead (Designer III) – Guide junior team members, review documents for consistency with design intent, and help drive quality across projects.

What We're Looking For

A degree in Architecture (Associate's required; accredited degree preferred).

Designer I

1–3 years of architectural experience; proficiency in Revit; pursuing licensure preferred.

Designer II

Several years of experience producing construction documents for complex projects; ability to make independent design decisions.

Designer III

Significant architectural experience leading BIM efforts on large projects; proven ability to mentor others and solve complex design issues.
