Role

Ecommerce & Operations Manager – Fine Jewelry (Contract, On-Site NYC)

Open-ended contract (full-time hours). You'll lead our ecommerce initiatives and support day-to-day operations as-needed.

What you'll do : Ecommerce

  • Lead the design, functionality, and ongoing optimization of mybelora.com to maximize user experience, conversion, and revenue
  • Implement SEO & onsite search optimizations
  • Track, analyze, and report on KPIs—including traffic, conversion, AOV, ROI, and marketplace rankings—providing insights that shape future strategies
  • Identify opportunities for optimization and implement A / B testing to improve KPIs across site
  • Identify and partner with paid media teams to deliver seamless omnichannel execution
  • Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, marketplace capabilities, and emerging technologies, applying best practices and testing new approaches to enhance performance

Operations

  • Diamond Sourcing & Vendor Coordination – Manage sourcing requests, vendor communication, and ensure timely delivery of stones.
  • Jewelry Operations – Oversee production timelines, quality control, and coordination between workshops and suppliers.
  • Memo & Invoice Preparation – Prepare, track, and manage memos, invoices, and related documentation with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Tools you'll use

    Google Workspace, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Suite, Shopify, Canva, TikTok Shop / Instagram

    Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in Business, Fashion, Luxury, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing e-commerce platforms, preferably in retail or luxury goods.
  • Strong knowledge of Shopify (or similar platforms), Google Analytics, SEO / SEM, and conversion optimization.
  • Proven track record of driving online sales growth and improving customer experience.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo) and digital advertising tools (e.g., Meta Ads Manager).
  • Comfort operating at both a strategic and tactical level—balancing vision-setting with hands-on execution
  • Jewelry experience a plus. GIA education a plus.

  • Location : New York, NY | On-Site (5 Days / Week)
  • Schedule : ~40 hrs / wk; core hours 9 : 30 am–5 : 30pm ; occasional peak-season support.
  • Contract Type : 1099 independent contractor
  • Compensation : $60,000-$80,000 with annual bonus potential
