  • Administer, monitor, and support the T24 infrastructure (application servers, database servers, and interfaces).
  • Ensure high availability and performance of systems hosted on Linux / Unix platforms.
  • Perform T24 environment builds, patching, upgrades, and deployments.
  • Work with Oracle DBAs to ensure data integrity, backups, and performance tuning.
  • Manage and configure Control-M job schedules, dependencies, and workflows related to T24 operations.
  • Collaborate with DevOps and application teams to automate deployments, monitor services, and optimize CI / CD pipelines.
  • Participate in incident management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
  • Document infrastructure procedures, system configurations, and support knowledge base.
