$36 - $38 / hour Amergis Healthcare Is Actively Looking For a LPN (Acute Rehab) That Would Be Interested In a 13 Week, Full-Time Contract At a Post Acute Hospital In Winston-Salem, NC. Additional Details Of The Contract Are Below Position : LPN - Acute Rehab Location : Winston-Salem, NC Pay Rate (Local) : $36 - $38 Per Hour (Based on experience) Total Travel Package : $1,606.00 / week

• Must reside over 50 miles away to qualify for travel package
• Taxable Wages = $360.00 / week
• Weekly Housing Allowance = $770.00 / week
• Weekly Meals & Incidentals Allowance = $476.00 / week Schedule
• Night Shift, 36 hours per week
• 6 : 45pm - 7 : 15am
• Every other weekend requirement Duration
• 13 Weeks (Likely Extension) Requirements
• LPN in North Carolina or Compact state, BLS
• Previous Med Surg, LTAC or Acute Rehab experience required
