Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney

Overview

We are working with a very well respected mid-size firm with offices in Florida and Georgia seeking a commercial litigation associate attorney with at least one (1) year of experience handling commercial litigation matters on behalf of clients in the commercial real estate, student housing, and mutlifamily housing industries. Cases involve construction matters, development issues, and landlord-tenant disputes. Additional experience with insurance coverage on real estate claims is a bonus.

This firm has an excellent reputation for providing high quality legal counsel and being a terrific place to work. They have low turnover, a very reasonable billing requirement, realistic opportunities to make partner, and compensation is competitive.

Candidates must be licensed to practice law in the state of Florida and be able to work in person at the firm's Jacksonville office.
