Job Description

Manage all phases of commercial HVAC and mechanical construction projects, from planning to completion. Coordinate with design-build teams to ensure project requirements are met effectively. Oversee budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain clear communication and address project needs. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements. Provide leadership to project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability. Identify and mitigate potential project risks proactively. Prepare reports and documentation to keep stakeholders informed of project progress.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager - Mechanical Construction should have :

• A strong background as a mechanical contractor with expertise in HVAC and mechanical systems.
• Experience in the commercial construction sector, with a solid understanding of project management principles.
• Familiarity with design-build projects; ESCO experience is a plus.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and risk mitigation.
