Regular Full Time Front Desk Agent
Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe is seeking a dynamic individual for Front Desk Agent. An individual who shares our passion for achieving service excellence and infuses enthusiasm into everything he / she does!

2+ years of service industry experience preferably in a luxury hospitality environment. Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays. This position pays $20.76 hr.
Using your genuine and authentic personality, you will be checking in guests. Understanding people's situations and feelings and taking actions to make it the best experience ever. Checks out guest at end of stay. Ascertains guest satisfaction, with full awareness and compassion of any issues during the stay. A brave problem solver in all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolves customer complaints; assists customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc. Utilizes a variety of computer systems to check guests in and out, run daily reports and select and block rooms for arriving guests. A committed team player. Accepts reservations, changes and cancellations in the absence of Reservations Department Staff. Can answer guest calls and direct them appropriately in the absence of a Communications Operator. Mobile position requiring movement behind the desk and within the hotel. Continuous standing for entire shift.
